Blended Beasts

MONDAYS (October 12, 19 November 2)
4-5:30 pm
Theodore Geisel (a.k.a Dr. Seuss) created whimsical animal sculptures that came to be known as “Unorthodox Taxidermy” because he combined attributes from different animals to create new ones using papier mache!
Inspired by this “Unorthodox Taxidermy,” artists will create an original 3-dimensional blended beast using papier mache, paint, yarn, felt and other assorted sundries!
Ages 6-12
