The Art of Letting Go
April 14, 2026
6-8pm
Spring is a time for transformation and fresh beginnings…We invite you to join us as we explore ways to release old narratives and let go of what no longer serves us, allowing us to construct a healthier way of living.
During this workshop, we will connect through conversation and creative practice. We will sort through magazines for textures, patterns, and colors that resonate, deconstructing those pages to build something entirely new and unique.

Listening to Your Body
April 28, 2026
6-8pm
Gel plate monoprinting is the ultimate intuitive practice, where no two prints are ever the same. This workshop invites you to let color and shape guide your decisions, allowing you to create without stressing over the outcome.
Throughout the workshop, we will focus on picking up on body cues, trusting gut instincts, and understanding your personal stress response. The goal is to provide a space where you can get out of your head and lean into your intuition.

Psychological Safety and Anchoring
May 12, 2026
6-8pm
When we feel safe, we allow ourselves the space to acknowledge and accept our truths. Join us as we focus on creating a sense of grounding that will allow us to move through the world with more ease.
During this workshop, we will use a variety of materials to create custom stamps for a set of handmade cards. One of these cards will be used to compose grounded intentions that you can revisit as a source of support in times of unrest.

Food, Hormones and Nourishment
May 26, 2026
6-8pm
If you have been wondering about the connection between food and hormone health, this is the workshop for you! We will explore how fiber, protein, blood sugar balance, and gut health influence our hormones, and discuss how to best support a balanced system through daily habits.
We will create miniature food sculptures using polymer clay (so fun!) and you will leave the workshop with everything you need to turn these sculptures into magnets for your refrigerator to pin up your favorite recipes.
We hope you can join us to learn how what we put into our bodies can encourage them to work with us rather than against us.
